Assemblies
Our company has its own assembly shop where machine and manual assemblies are performed. Assembly shop is equipped with operated air-conditioning which ensures clean working area. We use vibration, ultrasound and laser welding for our assemblies.
Vibration welding is used for welding mask parts which we supply mainly to our customer – Continental. Vibration welding enables to join plastics of almost any shape.
We use method of ultrasound welding to assemble front masks of machines, mainly for Opel and Renault. Ultrasound welding allows quality joint of more plastic parts, even if they are made of different materials.
Laser welding of plastics is considered to be a pure process during which no particles emerge and no solvents are used. Furthermore, it is a very flexible process.
